Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback on this forum. I am happy to learn that most of our services were able to exceed your expectations except for the food. I have already spoken to our Executive Chef to look into the matter and address it at the earliest. I have also communicated your appreciation for the food and beverage service team. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you faced at the swimming pool and the restaurant due to the other guests staying with us. We try our best to ensure that all guests are comfortable but I do understand that this time round we fell short of your expectation. I certainly hope that you will treat this as an anomaly.
