I am delighted to read that you enjoyed the fantastic food at Uncle Lim's and the excellent overall service delivered by my team throughout the resort. I am however a little surprised by your comment with regards to persistent sales attitude, as this is the first time I've heard such a remark. My team does try to be thorough on the brief of the resort so that guests do not miss out on any of our various activities, spa treatments, or wonderful private dining experiences that are on available. I do apologise if you perceived to be pushy and I will share your review with my team so that we can learn from it. We do tend to find that the better the information we provide, the better choices our guests make which helps get them get most enjoyment out of their short time on the island.
