I am happy to read that overall you enjoyed the variety and quality of the cuisine, the level of service delivered by my team, and that you felt the overall experience was value for money. Please allow me to apologise for disturbing you late at night. We received a call from your neighbour to complain about the level of noise coming from your villa and needed to follow it up to ensure that the other guest can get good nights sleep. We did approach your room and knock the door, but as you were bathing, you probably did not want to answer, that's when we gave a courtesy call in order to let you know what the situation was. I am sincerely sorry that this spoiled your mood and your last evening. Congratulations again on your recent marriage.
