Dear S9966TDjuliaf, Thank you so much for the nice feedback. The hotel is big with more than 200 bungalows and you are right, this can be quite confusing in the night time when it is dark. Our breakfast gets good reviews, it would be interesting to know which items you thought were missing. I think you are right, the hotel is ideal for those that are looking to relax. If you are looking for party and more action, Tonsai is the place to be. Running a hotel in an environmental way is not easy. Everything has to be transported on to the island from the main land and at the end of the chain, everything has to be transported off as well. We sell garbage bags to the villagers every day so that they can come and give us their garbage, we transport it off to Phuket on a big barge every so many weeks, obviously the villagers don't have this option as they do not have the same infrastructure in place as we have.
