Good resort, service at front desk can be better
Someone from the hotel staff will be waiting for you at the pier with a signboard of the resort even if you do not call and confirm your booking. And 1 person is there to help you with your luggage. The luggage is carried by him till Phi phi hotel (closest hotel to Tonsai pier)…
