thank you for your feed back. at 11 am you were order for a fruit salad which is out of bar menu and we served as per your request in our standard serving bowl. the fruit was absolutely fresh and marinated in honey and served. as per your request bar waiter changed salad from bowl to plate for your convenient. from 11 am you kept salad on table till 2 pm and complaint about fruit is rotten. more than 3 hours you were hold it and return to the kitchen as it is spoiled, which is not entertained after such a long time for a replacement. guest is more important than the revenue.but we cant accept after 3 hours from serving your complaint because the marinated fruit salad already bit moisture in texture. thank you.
