Renew hotel with good facilities!

I visited this hotel for a couple of nights for a business trip. Hotel room had great views to the Petronas towers and a nice bathroom. Interior of the hotel is well kept, but a little outdated. Pool facilities are good for a city hotel, spent there comfortably a few hours away…

Dear Jenni L, It was a pleasure for us to welcome you to Kuala Lumpur and we thank you for your time to share a review. We're currently undergoing a renovation in phases with Phase 1 and 2 of the Deluxe rooms in the West Wing already completed. These rooms are modernm contemporary and in line with our Renaissance branding. Other areas of the hotel are currently in progress with more following suit. In time, we will be showcasing a fantastic brand new product to our guests and that's something we're all looking forward to.
