We are so happy to hear that you had a beautiful holiday and enjoyed staying at our ryokan. You were familiar with Japanese culture and enjoyed a new experience, communication with us and feeling the nature in Jozankei. Our ryokan have 10 rooms actually, you have mentioned 9 rooms but there is a "secret room" on the building of onsen which is separated from the main building!, and the small number of people organize our ryokan. Then, sometimes it is not easy to respond to requests or inquiry right away such as big city hotels do. You have contacted us with plenty of time in advance and we could communicate with you well. Thank you so much for lovely experience to welcome you to our ryokan !
