Hello and good day! On behalf of the staff of Best Western Bucovina we’d like to thank you for your review and to assure you that we’re processing all the opinions you kindly leave on any platform in order to better our provided services. We apologize for the state that your bathroom was in durring your stay, we assure you that we fix all issues usually before check-in's, but situations like yours can occur, especially in mid seazon. The light in the bathroom might be dim for the first 3-4 min, because the lightbulbs are incandescent and they require a bit of time to charge, as for the water pressure, we are dotated with 4 pomps, but again, in mid seazon, inconveniences can appear. Very important basic knowledge for your security: -Fire extinguishers don't have an expiery date... that is the periodic check date... -Fire extinguishers have pressure indicators, (needle on red or green) that indeed show if they can serve or not it's pourpouse, and that is generaly applied at all such devices. We’d like to address also our clients on a more distinctive matter that concerns our renovations program which is the installation of an air conditioning system that hotel never had nor needed before this past 2 years. Our geographical positioning puts us in a temperate climate where in summer the temperature wouldn’t rise above 25-6.C in the warmest days. Of course with the new environmental changes we’re working on that acquirement and apologize to all our costumers that have had problems with the temperatures in their rooms. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve encountered inconveniences and we’re happy that your review has that dose of constructive criticism that we can work with to improve our costumers experiences, and therefore thank you for your attention to detail that gives us new insight.
