Dear Bent G, Thank you for choosing to stay with us. It was our pleasure to have you at Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu. I fully agree that this month has been a peak season which made it a quite busy hotel for the past days. My sincerest apologies for the troubles you have encountered which caused you inconvenience, especially your plan in dining at Ibiza Beach Club. We do not allow full exclusive functions in Ibiza Beach Club, just partial ones, to cater to our in-house guests. Sometimes functions held either indoor or outdoor limits the capacity of the venue, thus, bookings should be made prior to a planned dinner. It will be great if one booked for a dinner, especially on high occupancy. I hope you may be able to visit us again and enjoy our unique Ibiza.
