The 32nd floor at the City Garden Grand Hotel, the Firefly Roofdeck, has the best views in Makati. You don’t need to be a hotel guest to go to the Firefly Roofdeck. You don’t even need to buy a drink to take photos from the deck. There is a swimming pool on the deck as well. …
