Dear Chpchee, Thank you for sharing your review. I apologize for the wait at the cooking station. Breakfast is always busy and we will allocate more staff to help out. I am sorry for the hot/cold water situation. Our shower mixer is of same quality used in other 5 star hotel. But will definitely investigate the cause of the problem. We are a strong supporter of the Hospitality Institution and have few trainees on board. This is the first time they are working and communication skill can be a challenge at times but we have confidence that they will improve after some times.
