Dear Romuluz75, Thank you for your recent stay and for having taken the time to write a review about your good not so good experience during your stay. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations and have taken particular note of your suggestion that the hotel needs refurbishment/redecoration. Please rest assured that we do take your feedback very seriously and we will do our utmost to better meet your expectations next time given a chance. My sincere apologies for the delay of the check in service you experienced. I can assure you that this is a one off incident and I have shared this with our Front Office Manager to provide the necessary training and emphasis on urgency and resolving guest issues. In regards to the renovation, we are currently planning extensive renovations with our owning company and should be in a position to make announcements in this regard in the not too distant future.
