Feedback is always greatly appreciated and helps us to constantly strive to improve our services. Regrettably, development activities on the Highlands had caused erosion which has affected the condition of the lake in front of the hotel, hence the work ongoing at the lake which is beyond our control. With regards to the WiFi, unfortunately the coverage is restricted due to the bandwidth from the local provider which we hope to see it upgraded in the near future. I have noted down your comments regarding the food and have discussed it with the relevant department heads.
