The strategic location of the hotel is certainly a great plus with close proximity to the causeway, major shopping malls and a number of historical sites. I am very sorry that there was an issue with your room due to an unforeseen noise from the drain and lift, as well as the temperature of air conditioner that may have caused unnecessary concern and disturbance.
