Dear Romario Thank you very much for staying with us at Swissotel Phuket Patong Beach. I am truly sorry for the unpleasant stay you have experienced in our hotel. The humidity you have experienced is not from the water which the corridors are cleaned, it is just in the air during the rainy season which is quite normal at this time of the year. I do agree with you that swimming pools can be bigger, however our main pool is around 30 meters in length, which is decent. Did you know that we are having a 2nd pool on our rooftop? A bigger pool is space wise unfortunately not possible. I will check with my team if we are able to extend the fitness facilities so our guests have more options to the already provided ones.
