Dear SabsoS, Thank you very for taking your time to share the feedback during stayed at The Haven Khaolak! We are very glad to hear that you have enjoyed the stayed at our magically massive salt water swimming pool. Somehow, I would like to take this opportunity in order to apologise for the unexpected situation occur regarding the A/C system. I also very proud of the team who encountered and find the solution for you on that night. Please kind be informed that our hotel has no policy for reserve the sunbed, however sometime guest they might put their belonging and went to swimming either swimming pool or beach, our pool attendance will keep the eyes on. If there are sunbeds with belonging and nobody come back longer than 1.30 hour, we would remove those belonging and turn those sunbeds to service others guest.
