Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Pledge3 and for sharing your feedback on Trip Advisor. Come on! Alcatraz? That most secure, impossible-to-escape-from hard-core US prison? I don’t think so! But I take your points. And photography has its limits, which we have to work within, which sometimes creates visual distortions. Sorry about that, and I have ordered another photo shoot with your thoughts in mind. Meanwhile, your experience at breakfast was to some extent unavoidable, because everything is prepared fresh at the time. But as you say yourself, let us know beforehand and we will make sure that you get what you want at the time you want it.
