Thank you for your feedback. It is a shame our Huts were not to your standard! Our mezzanine rooms do indeed have a staircase which is a regular/standard staircase, has a proper hand railing and goes to the mezzanine floor. If you had informed us about this problem of climbing the staircase, we would have gladly offered you a standard room with no staircase and a cooler room. The mezzanine rooms are bigger than the standard ones, so they take more time to get cooler... Same for the housekeeping... we have amazing staff people at Bali Bohemia, and as a guest at our Huts, you can always talk to them directly on the spot so they can fix things for you. But if they don't know you have a problem, they won't be able to fix it. We are happy you appreciated the beauty of our place and unique decoration and vibe. Thank you.
