We appreciate both of your positive and negative tone on this review, we are happy to learn that you enjoyed your overall stay in our resort. We always strive to provide the highest level of product, facilities and yet personalized service, but we fell short in this occasion that our driver failed to welcome you at the airport on your first attempt and only managed to allocate you after making a call to our resort. And another tardiness in picking you up in different place, it was very obvious that we failed to perform our standard. We already have the plan in place to improve all of our sanitary items in our bathroom including the faulty water faucets, all of the goods are already in our storage hence will start the replacement beginning of July. We will discuss again with our pest control company to improve their performance in getting rid off the mosquito from the resort, apparently our regular mosquito and bug fogging is insufficient. Please accept my sincere apologies for this inconvenience. Once again, thank you very much for choosing to stay in Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa and Spa during your recent visit in the Island of the Gods.
