We are always looking for ways to enhance the experience of our guests, over the years we have added new facilities in the hotel, such as our new deck near our Sateria Restaurant equipped with comfortable day beds and sitting area overlooking the tranquil Nusa Dua ocean. We also introduced new activity in the Kids Club, namely the Family Movie Night every evening. Your acknowledgment is very encouraging and we will never cease in our efforts to constantly improve in all areas of our hotel. On the other hand, we are truly saddened to learn that we could not meet your expectation on several occasions this time, and you left the hotel disappointed with your overall experience. We greatly valued your patronage, and wish to extend our deepest apologies for the inconveniences you might have experienced. With regards to the cocktail, food and service quality offered in our outlets, we would like to assure you that your comments were shared with our Food and Beverage Director for further review. At the same time, your feedback concerning the availability of the sunbed, busy ambiance of the hotel and exclusivity of the Lagoon Access Junior Suite areas was escalated to the management team in order to take the appropriate measures and avoid situations, such as you described, in the future.
