Please allow me to inform you that we take all necessary precautions and adhere to highest food and water safety standards. a) Your daughter was vomiting when you arrived. She threw up as soon as she came out of the car, again in the restaurant and finally in-front of your room. The ill health of your daughter was most probably caused by motion sickness and not our RO water. All our RO units are regularly manatined and serviced every 15 days and most guests prefer RO water over the mineral water. b) As per the rates of the menu items mentioned by you, we would like to point out that the cost of the 3 itmes comes to under 600/- and not over 700/- as mentioned by you.
