Dear Prasannjeet, Thank you for your stay at The Manohar Hyderabad. We regret the lapses you faced in the facilities and services but unfortunately you have used our back of the house lift which only our hotel staff use. We have OTIS elevators at lobby, somehow restriction from Tripadvisor doesn’t allow us to attached any picture while reply the feedback otherwise we would have show you our guest elevators.
