It was great to read that you find the hotel area well cleaned and organized and that you could find all your needs in the allocated room, we are glad to know that a part of our team exceeded even your expectations of hospitality and definitely we will convey the praising words. Thank you for having brought to our attention that we still having some missing points concerning the wheelchair access ability certainly we will discuss your comments with our team and maintain the missing parts. Regrettably we heard that you experienced as well some of our employees as unfriendly and even as unprofessional. The described conduct certainly does not match our usual high standard of hospitality. We actually pride ourselves on the efficiency and friendliness of our service teams as our greatest asset. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this unfortunate experience and rest assured that corrective measures have already taken place. Thanks lot for the lovely words about the delicious food at the Egyptian restaurant and the other a la carte restaurants, but please allow us to disagree concerning the food variation, as we have daily changing dinner buffet themes in a two weeks rotation in our main restaurant Magic Flavors with popular dishes from around the world. Our Executive Chef gladly accepts any time suggestions and requests for special dishes, in case guests have difficulties to find dishes matching their palate in one of our three restaurants offered for breakfast, 4 restaurants for lunch and dinner. We regret that the offered food and snacks did not all meet your personal palate. We can currently only hope that the positive memories of your holiday will dominate.
