The Embassy Khmer Gastronomy restaurant is amazing. Their tasting menu does not put a foot wrong, the flavours are well balanced, and quite exquisite. Indulgence? Yes. Worth the money? Yup. If you are a foodie, go. You won't be disappointed. Reservations essential.
