After receiving your review on TripAdvisor regarding to the post cards; I have rechecked with my colleague who received the post cards and she had posted to the post office and I had no doubt that my staff had taken them to the post office, but thought they may have been misplaced somewhere at the post office, we also went to the post office and double check with them, they clearly mentioned that they already sent to your address and said that it will take about two to three months to arrive. I understand that it is already three months but you still don’t receive it. If It is good as they said, you can still plan on receiving them, but if you don’t receive it; then we will check with post office here again. I’m terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused and sorry that you did not receive our response to your e-mail below regarding to the post card that we did. I trust you are well and please let me know when you plan to return so that I can personally assist you with your accommodation requirements.
