Just came back from lovely stay here. First time ever in a Ritz as was impressed. Spotless and nice staff. I thought it was nice that some greeted you by name. I was upgraded to lovely sea view on 5th floor. The place seemed deserted and that was a shame. Spa was gorgeous! …
