Our dear valued guests, Thank you for having stayed with us and for sharing such a detailed review about out hotel. We appreciate your thoughts and will definitely take into consideration your remarks for further development of our service. However, I would like to say, that the rooms grades are assigned as per the square meters and facilities available in it, not by the view from its windows. The alcohol prices kindly mentioned by you are also not going off the limit according to Dubai 5* hotel pricing. Any other hotel on the palm will provide you with same pricing, maybe even higher, it depends on the property. About the restaurant bookings: Our team tries its best to provide fast and personalized service to all of the guests that's why cramming the restaurant up with the guests waiting for their dish for more than 15 minutes does not seem to be appropriate for us. However, we are truly glad to know that you managed to enjoy our Italian restaurant even though according to our data it was supposed to be fully booked. Our hotel is very proud of its unique location as its situated at the end of the crescent of the Palm Jumeirah and provides our guests with spectacular views on Dubai signature skyline. But since we understand that the location is a little away from the mainland, we do provide shuttle buses going 5 times a day to the Dubai Mall and Emirates Mall. Best regards, Hotel management
