Dear Nithin, Media One would like to take this opportunity to address the matters affecting your recent visit to the hotel. We would like to extend our apologies for any distress the incidents caused anyone during your stay. Unfortunately the hotel has no control over the Dubai road system but we continue to approach the RTA to gain more signage for the property so our guests can find us easily. Our lobby renovations can be distracting on the ground floor and I believe the work at the weekend was particularly fierce as they were drilling marble and some of the noise travelled up the lift shafts; we have been told that this drilling in the lobby is nearly complete and hopefully there will be no more noise to the hotel rooms. We are truly sorry that our security personnel had not noticed the double occupancy of the room and registered papers. He was obviously trying to keep the hotel safe so we must address his approach. We are reviewing the training of the team on these matters to ensure that at shift changeovers guest information is always communicated and that if our staff have any issues they are very discreet in handling any guest queries. I believe our Front Office Manager has spoken to you personally and hopefully you will return to Media One in the near future. Sally
