Our Web Site indicates all our services and our guests are grateful for the genuine concern our employees have towards your well being. The tickets for Machupicchu are never delivered to our guests immediately upon arrival. They are always brought to the hotel the previous evening to your departure, as a normal procedure.. Regarding Wi-Fi, we have an excellent connection and works perfectly and fast, except for the raining season when sometimes we may experience thunder and lighting striking.over the city and this is beyond our control. And yes with the compliments of the hotel you get something packed in the morning when you have to leave very early to Machupicchu Yes you are correct according to what is written in our Web Site we do not have gym, Spa, or pool, the price we charge does not allow us to have these facilities, which in Cusco people would not use them as much anyway.. You came for 2 days and hardly had any time to enjoy everything that Cusco offers since one whole day was spent only in Machupicchu. If we would have the pleasure of another visit please allow some more time for your stay in Cusco and Machupicchu area. We want to wish you all the best now and in the future.
