The Koreans sure know how to do good fried chicken- crispy on the outside (sometimes smothered in yummy sauce) and moist on the inside. Chir Chir is no exception in its fried chicken. Its salad though, just like other Korean chicken eateries, is uninspired and flat. We had the…
