Dear Sir/Mdm, Thank you for taking your time in writing us a review. We are sorry if the room size detracted from your expectations. However, we have tried our utmost effort to convey our rooms details which we believe our guests ought to know about by providing sizing and floor plan of each room types on our website. There is a purpose served in having the sink to be placed in the room instead of washroom, just like how we separate the bathing area and the toilet area, when in the scenario of having more than one guest staying in the room, there would not be a need to wait for the other guest to finish using the bathroom if its needed urgently. The gap between the bathroom’s door and glass wall panel when it’s closed will be noted down in our improvement plan and we sincerely hope to seek your understanding on the explanation on our layout concept and give our hotel one more chance. If you would, on your next visit you may leave a comment for us during your booking in having a higher room floor preferably a corner room facing the Mount Faber hill with a serene view which I believe will be quieter than the room you just stayed in and we will definitely try our best to accommodate to all guests’ request if there is availability. Similarly, this will also be noted down in our improvement plan and nonetheless we are grateful that you are pleased with the check-in process and service provided.
