Our hotel is located at the enclave of Novena, surrounded by hospitals, malls, restaurants and directly linked to the train station which was to your convenience. We regret to learn that your TV remote control was defective and that the bed side light was fused. Had we known about these defects, our dedicated Duty Engineers would have immediately rectified both for you. Separately, you may wish to know that our mini bar items are available upon request at a nominal fee. We look forward to welcoming you for another staycation in the future.
