Gonpachi delivered higher standard than expected given I have lived in Tokyo for ten years. I look at quality based on soba, tempura, grilled fish and sashimi, the latter two I relied on my husband since I am a vegetarian. Gonpachi scored high marks in all 4 area. Interior…
