Going through the details of your reservation, we have found that you booked your date to check in on 28 December. As you arrived on 29 December, your name was not found on the list. Unfortunately, We do not have any documents that confirm that HHonors desk amended your check in date according to your contact with them. As 29 December was a fully booked hotel situation, and as a gesture of good will, we returned your no show reservation of 28 December and reactivated it to the amended date of 29 December.
