Not only does our Japanese Master Sushi Chef Murata have decades of experience, but he also adds his own unique twist to his sushi. Soft fish and rice are his hallmarks, and it is quite different from any other kind of sushi in any part of the world. We put a lot of work into training our employees, and we also feed them sushi quite regularly so they know exactly what they are serving (rather than just memorizing words on the menu). Several of our customers have complimented our staff, so I always make sure to praise them whenever that happens. You and your friend's reactions to each piece of sushi is the reason we decided to open an omakase restaurant in Saigon! Many times when myself or the staff watch our customers' reactions, we have no idea how they like the food as their faces either have a blank or confused expression. Fortunately, it's usually because they are trying to process all these new flavors, and it ends up being very positive, just like with you and your friend.
