The road that you kindly pointed out is under review and there shall be improvement made to this area at some stage in the future. Regarding substandard services by one of our restaurant staffs and housekeeping team, please rest assured that both department heads had taken notes in order to prevent recurrence. In the same time, we are glad you appreciated our room and services provided upon checking-in and in the Chili Hip rooftop restaurant as per a special mention to Khun Joompol. We hope to better your stay with us whenever your travel plans return you to the City of Angels, hopefully in a dry season.
