Dear TT0419, We're sorry to learn that the W brand did not quite meet your personal preference in overall ambiance and design, particularly if there was an issue with drainage in room. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused and hopefully this was promptly resolved for you while here. On the other hand, we're glad you liked the location, value and services received, even the 24-hour WET pool area. It seems the visit was an experience nonetheless and it's good to know that the concierge assisted well during your stay. Our rooms start at 41sqm but we have 8 types all together and if the value is worthwhile again upon future inquiry, perhaps we can show you a different option which might better meet your comfort needs. I recommend having a look at our Studio Suites at 64 sqm usually offers great space at great value. We would love to welcome you back and hope we might have another opportunity.
