Dear evaleeeee, Thanks very much for your feedbacks. I'm glad that you enjoyed the discounts and our oysters. Our live oysters are actually from 6 different countries around the world and we have around 15 species available for sale. Our staffs can recommend other creamy ones during your next visit. We have tried our best to bring in and create the dishes from fresh products as much as we can. But certain products would be at it best if they get cooked and frozen on board the fishing boat, in this case the Red King Crab. Caviar is one of our best sellers with exclusivity from our supplier, Giaveri, from Italy. So, with King Scallop that was a good choice. Once again, thank you. Look forward to welcoming you again.
