We have noted your grievance on hot shower and disturbance by the early shops in southern wing which has been discussed with the concern team. Basically the tap/shower should be left open for a while for hot water and we accept the fact that due to the early opening of nearby shops, few street facing rooms in southern wing get bit disturbed. However we are in process to upgrade those rooms very soon. Given that the time you stayed was a season time with high influx of tourist. Hence could not be able to change the rooms. We would like to pay our most sincere apology for not able to cater you this time as we did last time & assure your comfortable stay on next visit.
