Just returned from our second trip to the Sensimar (now TUI Blue) Medina Gardens over Christmas week. Again, the service was excellent, particularly Wadid our lovely waitress in the restaurant, and on the whole all staff were very good. Christmas Eve food and entertainment…

Dear Wendy, Thank you so much for your last review and for trusting our property Tui Blue Medina Gardens. We are more than happy to know that you had a nice holidays. I would just like to clarify some remarks that you have noted in your comment : Air conditionning : as you have mentioned we are in witnter and despite the exceptionnel weather, the temprature never exceed the 23° during the day and drops in the evening, that's why we have switched our cooling system to heating. It's clearly mentionned in our fact-sheet that the AC is available only from march till november. As you have mentioned, the relax pool is heated to let our guests swim even in winter. We are not able to heat the big swimming pool in order to preseve energy and the environment as we are certified Travelife. Non smoking outside area: we are sorry this not possible and honestly you have this big and beautiful gardens where each guest can have it's peaceful place without being disturbed.
