They should just close this hotel down and start over, checked out today and my goodness it was a pain staying there. I should've listened to the bad reviews from before but no guess I had to find out the hard way how bad it is here, they had ants in our room the whole time…

Dear Tagiilima I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations during your recent stay. I was informed that you reported ants in your room and I did visit your room with our pest control tech. I knocked twice and, hearing no response, did indeed try to open the door. Your husband did open the door and we asked if we could enter to investigate the report of ants. He welcomed us in to do this. We spent approx. 4 minutes in the room searching the vanity and bathroom area but could not find any sign of ants. No mention was made to us or the front desk about spiders, a dirty bath mat, a shower head 'hard to maneuver', a band-aid, or dirty floors. We shampooed your room carpet just 2 weeks prior to your arrival. I did notice half of the vanity full of fresh fruit and an assortment of food brought in to the room. It is natural that when food is left out it will attract unwanted pests. Again, I am sorry we could not meet your expectations. In light of your comments, possibly this may not be the hotel of choice for your future trips to the Anaheim area.
