We arrived at this hotel at 2 am after a flight fro Singapore which landed in Pert at 1 am. We took a taxi to the Esplanade who had been informed of our late arrival. The main entrance was locked! We rang the buzzer after a few minutes the door buzzed open but no one was at the door! We... More

Firstly I apologise you had such a poor welecome to the hotel at that hour, we do have the doors secured from 11pm for security reasons, but someone not coming to attend to you when you buzzed is certainly not the normal practice I want to read. It was also not great to also read of the othe rattitude issues... More
