We are pleased to hear that you you were impressed with our friendly receptionists but we are incredibly sorry if there was some misunderstanding. But the thing is, according to the terms of your reservation we could block amount of the first night of your stay as a guarantee of your reservation. When you arrived to the hotel you could use blocked amount if you had the same credit card, or to pay separately and blocked amount would unblock during some time depending on the conditions of you bank. We do hope that amount will be unblocked as soon as possible. We are also sorry for misunderstanding with the arrival time, we always ask the time in case if we check in our dear guests earlier but unfortunately didn't have this opportunity when you arrived. But we are very happy that nevertheless you were absolutely satisfied with your stay, liked tidy and warm room and enjoyed delicious breakfast we served for you every morning.
