Dear Reviewer, I would like to thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and we certainly do appreciate the feedback you are giving us. We do take into serious consideration information we receive from our guests in order to always upgrade our services and facilities. I am sorry to hear you had a couple of unpleasant moments in the restaurant and I hope it was an isolated incident which we will make sure we look into. Towards the opening and closing hours of the all inclusive policy , please be informed it was after having studied our customers needs thoroughly that it was implemented. I am pleased though that overall you did enjoy your holiday and especially our entertainment team who you say did a great job! I am hoping you will give us the opportunity to welcome you here at the Olympic Lagoon resort Ayia Napa again in the near future where we will make it our mission to give you an even more memorable holiday!!
