I am pleased to hear that you have noted and approve of our thorough and well thought out rejuvenation programme to resort the Fairmont to her former glory and well beyond! The exciting news as well as all the additions you have mentioned is that our brand new 16 treatment room Day Spa, Ubika, is due to open on 13 August this year! I am so sorry to hear of your dining experience and wanted to assure you this is not a normal experience for our guests, please accept ou apologies. You will be pleased to know that we are trialling, in two weeks time, an all day adults only dining option in Misty's (above our breakfast venue Jamison's) which boasts fabulous views over Jamison Valley.
