I do apologize on behalf of our staff at Mantra Amphora. Admittedly this feedback comes as a surprise as our staff always do try to provide outstanding customer service. I would also like to apologize that it was not clarified to you that our reception hours are from 7am - 9pm and that our after hours check in procedure were not explained to you correctly. Regrettably I could not find any other records that would have indicated that you have had any issues prior to your response. I would, most certainly, have liked the opportunity to discuss your experience personally with you whilst still staying with us. In regards to servicing of the rooms, we do provide a mid week clean for guests who are staying with us for 8 nights or more however you are correct, as you did move to another ocean view room that was provided with an arrival clean and complete amenity change this would have been more than provided in our mid week clean procedure. I apologize again for the inconvenience. I do hope you will take the opportunity to stay with Mantra Amphora again in future and I invite you to contact us directly at the hotel whenever you are thinking of staying in Palm Cove.
