Hello Jason E, Thank you for taking the time to write your review, I am sorry to read the disappointment that you experienced staying at our resort. I am glad that the staff could accommodate your request to be close to your family and that the maintenance staff could come and fix the door quickly and efficiently for you. Please rest assured that I will be passing on your restaurant and call and collect feedback to the food and beverage manager to ensure that the staff receive continuing and appropriate training. As each villa is fitted with an individual gas hot water unit, I am not sure why your hot water was not consistent but I have passed this onto the facilities manager to follow up. I have spoken to the maintenance team about the quality of the replacement furniture you have received and will be taking action to ensure that this does not happen again.
