Hi Ronnie W, We regret that we did not meet your expectations during your stay with us and take on board your comments in our strive to provide the best possible service to our guests. We will be speaking with our maintenance team to your concerns raised relating to the bathroom door and toilet seat and do apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We are always more than happy to resolve any issue similar to this if we are made aware at the time. The water being shut off was unfortunately an unforeseen circumstance caused by repair works to Christchurch's water system and this was resolved soon after. We do apologize for the inconvenience this also caused; however, this was not in our control and did effect the entire area. We wish you all the best on your onward travels.
