Dear Frankie T Many thanks for posting your detailed review – I can see that your walk down memory lane, whilst generally good, provoked some mixed feelings, especially in comparison to our sister properties. In terms of the rooms, we are actively discussing upgrades of same – as well as the gym - with our owners and hope to have their decision on some of our proposals before too long. The adjacent Centre is also owned by the same company and again, they are currently finalising plans to enhance the entire area. In regards to Regency Club offerings – unlike Grand Hyatts, Hyatt Regency hotels do not generally speaking offer a hot breakfast or canapé selection, although we do occasionally provide tasters, especially when running food promotions in our restaurants.
